Do you want to be part of a young and innovative company which designs invisible and high-end hearing solutions? This is your chance! An Amsterdam, Netherlands based company, manufacturer of a next generation of digital hearing aids, has a vacancy for the position of sales and account manager.

Role of the Salesmanager:

• You are part of the marketing and sales team (7 people)
• Our customers are typically retail chains or distributors of hearing aids in specific countries. Typically you will take over some accounts from our current sales team and you will grow sales by finding new accounts. This is a very “consultative” sales cycle, where you are a counterpart of your customers.
• In this role you will help to grow their business: making our customers more successful is your goal.
• Organize educational sessions and seminars with key customers.
• Based from Amsterdam – you will be traveling between 20% and 50% of your time.
• Able to communicate your experiences in the field throughout the organization.
• You help determine our product roadmap, because you are in touch the most with our customers.

Qualifications for the vacancy salesmanager:

• Hands on mentality to go out and make it happen
• >5 year experience in BtoB and/or BtoC sales in consumer electronics or medical devices industry
• Experience with hearing aids or optical industry is an advantage
• Multilingual is important. We prefer that you speak German and/or Spanish and/or English; Dutch language is a “nice to have”
• Must be able to multi task
• Strong negotiation skills
• Educational background: university level to be able to discuss and negotiate with management of larger companies
• Result and performance driven personality with good social skills

• Gross salary between € 3500,- and € 4500,-
• 8% holiday fee
• Variable bonusfee
